Distained Infliction seems good on this from what I have tested/used
Got from a Myrk portal
Important to understand that Fracture doesn't increase lifesteal on Essence Rupture targets. It doubles the healing of Overflowing Essence (second skilltree upgrade for ER), the AOE heal that goes off when ER times out after 10s or the ER target dies. If you hit an ER target with another ER before the timer runs out, the timer will be reset to 10s and the Overflowing Essence heal will be delayed. In a single target context, Fracture doesn't offer any additional healing over any other VG if you don't let the Overflowing Essence heal go off, and holding the ability while waiting for that heal to proc hurts the productivity of the 50% extra damage on-hit of the projectile. In clumps of enemies in M3s, you could apply it to multiple enemies in a trash packs for some AOE heals as things die, but I don't think that's very efficient if you care about clear time. I still think it's good for bosses but not as important as a lot of players think because there is a common misunderstanding about its lifesteal. You just have to decide between letting OE pop if you can use the healing once every 10s, or continuing to chuck Ruptures between light attack chains for the damage--foregoing the heals outside of base ER lifesteal.
All that being said, I initially slapped Ref Rupture on mine expecting each cast to have its own OE timer which we tested and found to be untrue. I have since changed it to Distained Infliction and won't be going back. DI is a perfect perk for a Void Blade user. You stack three DoTs with disintegrate, all buffed 15%, and you get 5% bonus damage to the target for having them there. No brainer.
