I got the quest reward which is 570 and epic. I'm not sure how to get the legendary.

I got the T3 Cutlass Keys Slicer from a low level quest in CK, is it rewarded again at a higher quality level or is this just a mistake? Mine is lvl 35 req, item level 395 with 6 str 3 con, socket & 10% ancient bane. I was level 60 when I did this so it wasn't spawned based on my level.

You have to do the 5 man arena which is very tough without proper prep (using wards, honing stones, weak weapon against angry earth, etc).

um,, killed the bear (pride of tree) but it didnt drop orb or anything..?
