some of the mobs that are close to the closed gate seem to be lvl 64 that might be the ones dropping it +590. Be sure to be on the 'forecastle rift' side of the map when killing them.

I saw a guy linked 606gs Beginning in chat a week ago, but couldn't ask him where he got it. So it is definitely obtainable in 590+GS, the question is how.. Any new datamines maybe?

Any known way to have this dropping 590+ having Expertise 600? The mobs seems to low lvl to drop this 590 at least.
