Dropped at 593 after farming for a hour and a half. During the farm I ended up getting 3 other drops (1 Dark Widow and 2 Diamond Heart Amulets. All at 590)

@Xydo upper section is Ambusti Superior, it only drops in Ambusti Inferior. You can see all spawns on the map if you go to the monster page.

There are level 65 versions of the Supply Guards in the upper section of Scorched Mines. So these Harbinger pieces should drop from them at 590+ Gear Score right?

Currently cannot be obtained as a legendary since the highest the mobs can spawn as is level 63. I.e. the gear score can not drop from 590-600.
