I'm either incredibly unlucky or something is wrong. Farmed for 8+ hours (7 minute timer-ish) and 0 drops on full luck gear set + 2 major trophies and 1 minor, in PvP, with squad. No one got it the entire time. Every other Engineer armor piece dropped within 1 hour of farming.
