According to it, you can be in Medium with 22.9 weight - Heavy chest must have and then either
- heavy pants with 2x light 1x med
- light pants with 2x med 1x heavy

I intend on trying these with my Venom/SnS combo. I already run medium with arboreal/amber runeglass. I also have a +nature damage ring. Hoping to have all of that add up to quite a bit more damage than standard medium would give.

This artifact drops from Echidna. It is the first boss of the Raid Hive of Gorgons.
Different to the weekly Loot-ID for the standard loot there is NO Loot-ID for the artifacts.
Means you can kill this boss as often as you want per week, until it drops your artifact.
To unlock all the missing perks complete Artifact: Azoth Conductors.

Confirmed these boost the Boltcaster. The 700 version of these posts higher light attack numbers than the 725 leather attuned pants. This is on a target dummy with no buffs and four pieces of armor with lightning harnessing on them.
