Took me a couple of days of farming for this to drop, probably 6-8 hours with full luck. There's a decent farming location in the Bronze Grove area in Southern Brightwood.
There are 3 named monsters in the area that drop it, and I went back and forth between the first 2:
Meldue, Soldier of Blight
Balanos
Ceran

Take the Alchemist Shrine and head East.

All of them respawn in like 2 minutes, so I'd choose either the top two or the bottom two and ping pong back and forth.
You can farm a lot of resources in the area too (wyrdwood, starstone, and soul motes).
