Starke Fenton-Häute

Quest wants you to go to the town "Lost (Fenton)" in Weaver´s Fen right next to the fast travel point "Mallory´s Refuge". You need to Kill Enemies "Lost", they drop these

Part of the Quest Best Foot Forward which will grant you Battle's Embrace Boots (heavy, 420).

Have 12 of these in my inventory just not sure where I got them...
