I found the method of jumping over the wall too fiddley, slow, and inconsistent.
You can just run past all the enemies and jump on the pilar to the right behind Anhurawak and prone to lose agro from everything in the area. Then you can jump down and stay in the corner to just fight Anhurawak and 1 Graven Sentry. When you kill Anhurawak, just jump back up on the pillar and chill until it respawns. Cooldown is about 6 minutes, as mentioned.

You can solo this by getting kitty aggro and jumping off the right side. He'll chase you down to the ground while the other mobs won't.

I was farming Anhurawak the Proud with Relake on the Server Kronos (EU), the credit for figuring this out goes to him:
He attacked with the bow from one of the walls, while I was down there tanking the kitty-cat. And we got no drops at all.
I went AFK for couple of minutes and he continued solo, as meele. And than he got drops again.
So it looks like: When you kill it, make sure everybody who hits it is staying on the ground. No one is alowed to stay on the walls or pillars.
Otherwise you wont get any loot!!

Relake was running around 18.6% luck.
I was going in with like 26.7% luck, but there included I had 3 Minor Loot Luck Trophys.
After we figured out about the staying-on-the-ground thing, it took me one or two kills until I got my Heart of Anhurawak.
So it might also be a thing, to have at least 1 Minor Loot Luck Trophy to enable certain drops. But thats just an idea and not proven at all.
